At Anthilles Consulting, our mission is to connect leadership vision with frontline execution, bridging the gap between strategy and action, clarity and results.

I work with organizations in transition: those redefining direction, reshaping teams, or rebuilding after change, helping them move together with focus and alignment. Because real transformation doesn’t happen in the boardroom; it happens when people at every level understand how their daily work brings the vision to life.

My deeper why is personal.
I built Anthilles Consulting for the woman I once was: driven, outspoken, full of ideas, yet often unseen. The one whose voice didn’t always reach the room where decisions were made. I know how it feels to lead from the middle or lower ranks, to deliver results quietly, and to wonder when it will finally be noticed.

Today, I work with executive leaders to support them during leadership changes and mergers that align teams and move the organization in a unified direction while identifying strong voices at all levels who drive real progress and bring the vision to life.
