How We Came About

Anthilles Consulting was created in response to a pattern many executive leaders quietly face.

Even with a clear strategy in place, momentum begins to slow. Priorities compete, execution becomes uneven, and leaders find themselves spending more time managing friction than moving the business forward.

In many organizations, the signals of what is breaking down exist deep in the work itself. But during periods of growth, integration, or leadership change, that insight rarely reaches executives in a clear, usable way. Messages dilute across layers, teams operate with different assumptions, and execution fragments at the moment alignment matters most.

Without clear ownership, visibility, and practical ways of working, organizations gradually shift from driving results to correcting errors.

Anthilles exists to change that without losing sight of the people doing the work.

Our Team

Dorota Castillo Founder & CEO, Anthilles Consulting

Dorota brings over two decades of experience leading operational transformation, process improvement, and enterprise execution across complex organizations. Originally from Poland, she built her career in the United States after relocating early in her professional life navigating a new language, culture, and business environment while establishing herself in senior operational leadership roles. That experience shaped her disciplined, systems-oriented approach to risk, adaptability, and execution.

She holds an MBA in Business and Management, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Six Sigma Green Belt, with deep expertise in process design, Kaizen, and operational excellence.

Her career spans education, manufacturing, payments, and customer and relationship management environments, where she has led cross-functional teams through periods of change requiring both discipline and adaptability. Dorota has built and led Project Management Offices (PMOs), overseen enterprise portfolios, and partnered closely with executive leadership to align strategy, execution, and organizational readiness, turning strategic intent into measurable results.

Dorota’s work is grounded in a simple belief: execution fails when clarity breaks down. Most organizations do not struggle because of a lack of strategy, but because teams lack clear priorities, ownership, and practical ways of working.

Most recently, Dorota served as Vice President of the Partner Alliance Center of Excellence, leading cross-functional teams responsible for partner relationships, project delivery, and compliance. Her work focused on strengthening operating models, improving collaboration across Sales, Operations, Realtionship Management, and Product, and driving measurable performance improvements through structured execution discipline.

Dorota is known for her ability to see end-to-end systems, identify execution gaps, and establish practical ways of working that reduce rework, prevent errors, and enable teams to deliver results consistently.
