How We Came About
Anthilles Consulting was created in response to a common organizational reality.
In many organizations, the people closest to the work can clearly see what is breaking down, where processes fail, priorities conflict, and effort is lost. Yet that insight rarely reaches leadership in a usable way. Messages are diluted through layers, teams operate with different assumptions, and execution becomes fragmented.
Without shared clarity around priorities, ownership, and ways of working, organizations spend increasing amounts of time correcting errors and managing friction instead of moving forward.
Anthilles exists to change that without losing sight of the people doing the work.
Our mission is to help leaders bring their vision to life while caring for people at every level of the organization.

Our Team
Dorota Castillo Founder & CEO, Anthilles Consulting
Dorota brings over two decades of experience leading operational transformation, process improvement, and enterprise execution across complex organizations. She holds an MBA in Business and Management, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Six Sigma Green Belt, with deep expertise in process design, Kaizen, and operational excellence.
Her career spans education, manufacturing, payments, and customer and relationship management environments, where she has led cross-functional teams through periods of change requiring both discipline and adaptability. Dorota has built and led Project Management Offices (PMOs), overseen enterprise portfolios, and partnered closely with executive leadership to align strategy, execution, and organizational readiness — turning strategic intent into measurable results.
Dorota’s work is grounded in a simple belief: execution fails when clarity breaks down. Most organizations do not struggle because of a lack of strategy, but because teams lack clear priorities, ownership, and practical ways of working.
Most recently, Dorota served as Vice President of the Partner Alliance Center of Excellence, leading cross-functional teams responsible for partner relationships, project delivery, and compliance. Her work focused on strengthening operating models, improving collaboration across Sales, Operations, Realtionship Management, and Product, and driving measurable performance improvements through structured execution discipline.
Dorota is known for her ability to see end-to-end systems, identify execution gaps, and establish practical ways of working that reduce rework, prevent errors, and enable teams to deliver results consistently.
